现行贫困大学生资助制度的反思与改善

Reflection and Suggestions on the Current Supporting System for the Poor University Students

伴随着中国高校收费制度的实施与深入,贫困大学生资助制度即被寄予维护教育公平与社会和谐稳定的重要使命。这一制度在帮助贫困大学生解决学习和成长过程中遇到的实际困难的同时,在一定程度上也存在着政策、操作和管理诸层面的不洽。在国家深化高等教育领域综合改革背景下,有必要在回顾和梳理贫困生资助制度成功经验的基础上,对贫困大学生资助制度进行深刻反思,提出进一步改善的思路和对策,使贫困大学生资助制度更趋合理和高效。

With the implementation and deepening of the current tuition system of Chinese universities,greater importance is attached to the supporting system for the poor university students in order to safeguard education justice and social harmony.However,despite its beneficial effects on solving university students＇ actual problems,the supporting system currently has its own drawbacks in terms of policy implementation and management.Against the backdrop of deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of higher education in China,it is of high necessity to recall the successful experience in the supporting system,to reflect on its shortcomings and to put forward some concrete suggestions to better the current system in order to make it more reasonable and efficient.
