围手术期阿司匹林应用现状

Application of aspirin in perioperative period

对于心血管疾病或具有心血管高危因素的患者终身不间断服用阿司匹林是非常重要的,然而对于此类患者在围手术期是否停用阿司匹林是一个常见的难题。如何平衡阿司匹林在减少血栓风险和增加围手术期出血中的作用,目前在临床上没有明确的定论。本文就阿司匹林在围手术期的应用现状以及血栓弹性图在评价血小板功能方面进行综述。

It is of great importance for the patients with cardiovascular disease or cardiovascular risk factors to take aspirin conti- nuously for lifelong time, but, whether stopping the administration of aspirin in such patients during perioperative period is a common challenge. What＇ s more, how to balance the effect of aspirin in aspect of reducing thrombosis but increasing perioperative bleeding has not got a clinically definitive conclusion yet. In this paper, we reviewed the application of aspirin in the perioperative period and the role of thrombelastography in the evaluation of platelet function.
