摘要
介绍了矢量优化法的原理、应用算法及其优缺点,从汽轮发电机组现场动平衡应用角度分析了应用范围。以某台汽轮发电机组轴系动平衡工作为例,针对中低压转子联轴器配重时出现的平衡方案矛盾情况,通过应用矢量优化法确定了最终配重矢量,将机组各轴承的轴振值降至90μm以下。应用矢量优化法只进行了2次配重即取得了良好的消振效果,保证了机组长期安全稳定运行。
The principle of vector optimization was introduced, the algorithm was given, the advantages and disadvantages of the theory were derived, and its possible in dynamic balance of turbine generator sets were analyzed. Taking the dynamic a turbine generator set as an example, the balance weight vector was determi vector optimization method, and the axial vibration value of each bearing was less than 90 μm. By using vector optimization, good vibration elimination achieved only through two times counter weight, and the long-term safe applications balance of ned by the reduced to effect was and stable operation of the unit was guaranteed.
