远程视频监视指挥信息系统单兵设备改造及在110 kV及以下电压等级变电站的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司远程视频监视指挥信息系统单兵设备在110k V及以下电压等级变电站无法有效应用的问题,提出对单兵设备进行增加定位功能等改造,以实现单兵设备在110 kV及以下电压等级变电站的漫游应用,且采用与220 kV及以上电压等级变电站统一配置和管理的方式,不仅可以节省大量不必要的硬件资源投入,减少运维成本,增强可维护性,同时也可以避免设备的长期闲置。 For the single-soldier equipments of the remote video monitoring- commanding information system in Inner Mongolia Power(group) Co.,Ltd,. cannot be used effectively in 110 kV substations and below, put forward a program to increase individual equipment positioning function to realize the individual devices applied in substations of 110 kV and below. Adopt the configuration and the management same as the way used in 220 kV substations, through which not only can save a lot of unnecessary hardware resources, reduce the operational costs, enhance the maintainability, at the same time, also can avoid the equipment idle for so long time.
