摘要 针对断路器温控装置数目繁多、安装分散、管理复杂等问题,设计一种断路器新型温控装置监控系统:首先采用ZigBee无线通信技术开发出易于安装的新型温控装置,然后通过监控主机实现对全站断路器温控装置的实时在线监控和统一管理。试验验证了该系统可显著提高运行人员对断路器温控装置的管理效率及设备的稳定运行能力。目前该系统在薛家湾供电局西黑岱35 kV变电站运行良好,多次检测到加热板不能正常加热等异常情况,保障了站内断路器的安全运行。 Put forward a design of unified monitoring system of circuit breaker temperature controller fi)r the substation, according to the existing issues, such as numerous temperature controllers of circuit breaker, scattered installation and complicated management, etc. Based on ZigBee wireless communication technology, a new type of temperature controller that can be installed easily is developed eventually, which can realize real-time monitoring and unified management with online monitoring computer, thus to improve the management efficiency of circuit breaker temperature controllers and the stable running capacity of equipments greatly. The system is currently working in good condition at Xiheidai 35 kV substation in Xuejiawan Power Supply Bureau. Several abnormal points have been detected on some heating boards and through which the safe operation of breaker in the station is insured.
