摘要
目前电力系统常用的闪点检测方法为宾斯基—马丁闭口杯法,该方法在试验过程中会产生大量的有毒高温油蒸汽,且试验时间较长,油品用量较大。根据DL/T 1354—2014《电力用油闭口闪点测定微量常闭法》,采用了绝缘油微量闭口闪点检测装置。该装置油品用量仅为1 ml,且升温速度快,有毒气体较少。经过近2 a的使用,设备运行稳定,试验数据重复性好,试验效率大大提高。
The current commonly used flashpoint detection method for power svstem is Pensky-Marten closed cup method. The test based on that method will produce a large number of poisonous and high-temperature oil steam during the test, the test time is longer, and the consumption of oil is large. The micro-closed flashpoint detection device for insulating oil is adopted based on the method of flash point of power oil by microscale continuously closed cup tester. The amount of oil used in this device is only 1 ml, and the heating rate is fast, the toxic gas is less. After nearly two-year using, the operation of the equipment is stable, the repeatability of the test data is good and the efficiency of the test is also improved greatly.
