摘要
分动箱是可控震源动力传输的枢纽,通过分动箱发动机的机械能转换为驱动可控震源行走和控制重锤振动的液压能。相对于其他机械总成件,由于该部件工作强度大,各种型号可控震源在该部位的故障率都比较高。BV620-LF型可控震源是国内及部分国家的主要勘探设备,其分动箱在使用中期在输出轴位置集中出现了一些故障。本文重点讲述了BV620-LF型可控震源分动箱出现的普遍性故障,并对故障原因及其解决办法进行了阐述。
Pump drive assembly is vibrator power transmission hub, through pump drive assembly engine mechanical energy will be transformed into hydraulic energy which drive vibrator to walk and vibrate. Relative to other mcchan ical rotating assembly, due to the high working strength, this point always ever happen to break down in many vari ous types of vibrator. The pump drive of BV620-LF vibrator which is the main domestic exploration equipment as well as in some other countries got some fault in the output shaft position, this paper focuses on the common faults in the pump drive, analyses the cause and presents solutions.
