新电力体制改革下电网公司两化融合框架研究

Research on the Framework of Integration of Informationalization and Industrialization for Power Grid Enterprises under New Power Reform

"十三五"期间,随着新一轮电力体制改革、互联网+和能源互联网的快速推进,内外部环境变化对电网企业的可持续发展提出了新要求。针对"十三五"电网公司两化融合目标和新要求、电网公司两化融合工作重点,在参考智能电网信息系统体系结构研究材料基础上,提出了"十三五"电网公司两化融合架构模型,为两化融合支撑电网企业创建国际先进电网企业战略目标提供有力保障,以期能为电网企业开展两化融合工作有所借鉴。

During the ＂13th Five-Year＂, with introduction of a new round of power reform and rapid development of the In- ternet plus and ＂Energy Internet＂, the changed and ever-chan- ging internal and external environments have raised new require- ments for the sustainable development of the power grid enter- prise. In view of the goal of the integration of infomationalization and industrialization of the power grid enterprise in the ＂13th Five-Year＂and the new requirements, considering the key work tasks involved, and based on the research materials for the sys- tem structure of the smart grid information, this paper puts for- ward the framework model of the integration for the power grid enterprise in the hope to support it to create the internationally advanced enterprise through the integration of infomationaliza- tion and industrialization, and it also provides useful references for the integration work.
