摘要 随着电动汽车充电设施数量的日益增长,有必要对其电性能与互操作性进行系统的检测。针对目前对充电设施电性能及互操作性的测试主要依靠人工手动检测,检测效率低下,易出现人为误差等缺陷,设计并开发了电动汽车直流充电机自动检测平台。介绍了平台设计原理及检测方法,详述了控制箱及车辆接口模拟装置工作原理,编写了相应的检测软件。运行结果表明,该平台可对直流充电机的电性能及互操作性进行系统的测试,自动检测并生成检测报告,检测项目可灵活地管理,设备参数配置方便,无人为读数误差,检测效率高。 With ever-increasing of electric vehicle charging equipment, it is necessary to have a systematic test of the equip- ment' s electric performance and interoperability. At present, this test is mainly done manually, which is of low efficiency and prone to human errors. To this end, this paper presents the de- sign and development of an automatic testing platform for the DC charger of electric vehicles with its principle and test method ex- pounded. Besides the working principle of the control box and the vehicle interface simulator are also described in detail and the corresponding detection software is prepared. The operation results show that the electrical performance and interoperability of the DC Charger can be systematically tested on this platform which can automatically test charging equipment and generate the report. Its test item can be expediently managed, and equip- ment parameters be conveniently set. The platform has highly in- spection efficiency without human reading errors.
