浅析农业试验示范类基地发展现状及建议

Current Situation and Policy Suggestions on the Construction of Agricultural Research and Demonstration Base

推进农业科技创新条件平台建设,是提升农业科技资源利用效率、支撑区域农业发展的重要手段。为了进一步提升农业科技创新能力、适应现代农业发展需要,在有关部门的支持下,各地农业科研单位、高校、企业等主体相继建设了一批农业试验示范类基地,为农业科技创新和成果示范推广发挥了积极作用。文章总结了农业试验示范类基地的发展现状与成效,剖析了农业试验示范类基地建设运行过程中存在的问题,提出了加强资源整合和财政支持、促进建设运行主体良性互动、构建科研需求与供给双向对接机制等加强农业试验示范类基地建设的建议。

The construction of agricultural research and demonstration platform is an important means to improve utilization efficiency of agricultural science and technology resources and supporting regional modern agriculture development. In recent years, to boost agricultural science innovation ability and adapt to the need of development of modern agriculture, a number of agricultural research and demonstration bases have been constructed supported by related organizations, which played a positive role in agricultural innovation and technique extension. In this paper, the progress and achievements of agricultural research and demonstration base was summarized. Problems and difficulties from base construction and operation were then analyzed. Several countermeasures for strengthening the construction of agricultural research and demonstration base were put forward, such as strengthening integration of resources and financial support, promoting effective interaction of main body, and constructing two-way docking mechanism of needs and supply of sciences.
