Studies on Countermeasures of Perfecting the Economic Benefit Evaluation of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements under the New Situation

文章以四川省开展的农业科技成果经济效益评价为例,阐述了现有农业科技成果经济效益评价的现状,剖析了存在的问题,提出了从农业科技成果经济效益评价的利益机制、激励机制和保障机制等方面完善农业科技成果经济效益评价机制的对策,以期为新形势下农业科技成果经济效益评价工作提供参考。

Taking the economic benefit evaluation of agricultural science and technology achievements in Sichuan Province as a case, the current situation and existing problems in the economic benefit evaluation of agricultural science and technology achievements were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures for perfecting the benefit evaluation were put forward from the benefit mechanism, incentive mechanism and guarantee mechanism. This will provide references for the economic benefit evaluation of agricultural science and technology achievements in the new situation.
