摘要
为了解广西部分地区鸭源葡萄球菌的流行状况、毒力基因分布情况及致病性,采集该地区送检病鸭组织,进行葡萄球菌分离鉴定,并用PCR方法检测7个代表性毒力基因。结果显示,自送检病料中分离鉴定出39株葡萄球菌,伪中间型葡萄球菌、松鼠葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、猪葡萄球菌、阿尼蒂斯葡萄球菌、科氏葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌分别有8、18、2、1、3、3、3、1株。毒力基因检测结果显示,鸭源葡萄球菌各菌种间毒力基因分布存在差异,金黄色葡萄球菌携带毒力基因较全,其次是伪中间型葡萄球菌、松鼠葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、猪葡萄球菌、阿尼蒂斯葡萄球菌、科氏葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌。致病性试验结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌和伪中间型葡萄球菌均可使小鼠产生皮肤化脓、致死,比率高于其他分离菌株,表明其对小鼠有强致病力。本研究结果表明广西地区存在葡萄球菌感染,其中金黄色葡萄球菌和伪中间型葡萄球菌毒力基因分布多,且致病性强。
For understanding the prevalence,distribution of virulence genes and pathogenicity of duck original Staphy]ococcus in Guangxi,tissuesfrom unhealthy ducks were collected to isolate and ide- ntify Staphylococcus. Seven main virulence genes were amplified by PCR. Totally 39 Staphylococcus isolates were identified including eight S. pseudintermedius,eighteen S. sciuri,two S. haemolyticus,one & hyicus, three S. agnetis,three S cohnii,three S aureus,and one S.epidermidis. The result of virulence gene testing showed that they were variant among duck original Staphylococcus,while S. aureus nearly had all the virulence genes following by S pseudintermedius,S sciuri,S haemoiyticus,S, hyicus,S, agnetis,S, cohnii, and S. epidermidis. The result of pathogenicity demonstrated that both S. aureus and S. pseudintermedius caused fester of skin or death in mouse,being higher than other strains. Hence,it suggested that they had higher pathogenicity in mouse. In conclusion,these data imply that there is Staphylococcus infection in duck in Guangxi. S. aureus and S. pseudintermedius have more virulence genes and higher pathogenicity.pathogenicity
