铅暴露对鲫鱼抗氧化及免疫能力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of lead exposure on antioxidation and immunity of Carassius aurous

摘要 为研究不同质量浓度铅暴露对鲫鱼抗氧化及免疫的影响,将180尾鲫鱼随机分成4组,分别为空白对照Ⅰ组、铅暴露Ⅱ组(0.05 mg/L)、铅暴露Ⅲ组(0.5 mg/L)和铅暴露Ⅳ组(1 mg/L)。在铅暴露后第30及60天分别取样,检测鲫鱼肝胰超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽(GSH)质量分数、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),血清溶菌酶(LZM)活性及免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)质量浓度。结果显示,铅暴露后第30天与对照组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅳ组T-AOC质量浓度显著增加(P〈0.05),Ⅲ组质量浓度略微降低(P〉0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组SOD活性均显著提高(P〈0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组GSH质量分数显著减少(P〈0.05),Ⅳ组显著增加(P〈0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组CAT、LZM及Ig M水平显著降低(P〈0.05)。铅暴露后第60天与对照组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅳ组SOD水平显著升高(P〈0.05),Ⅲ组SOD水平升高不显著(P〉0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组T-AOC及GSH水平显著提高(P〈0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组CAT活性显著降低(P〈0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅳ组LZM及Ig M水平显著提高(P〈0.05),Ⅲ组LZM活性显著降低(P〈0.05),Ig M质量浓度增加不显著(P〉0.05)。结果表明,铅暴露可诱导鲫鱼机体产生氧化应激,并对其免疫系统造成一定影响,不同质量浓度组抗氧化及免疫指标存在差异性。鲫鱼通过调节自身抗氧化及免疫防御系统从而降低铅暴露导致的机体损伤。 In order to study the effects of different mass concentration of lead exposure on the antioxidation and immunity of Carassius aurous,180 C aurous were randomly divided into four groups: control group I,lead exposure groupⅡ(0.05 mg/L),lead exposure group Ⅲ(0.5 mg/L) and lead exposure group Ⅳ(1 mg/L). The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT),glutathione(GSH) mass concentration,total antioxidant capacity(T-iOC) in the liver,serum lysozyme(LZM) activity and immun- oglobulin M(IgM) mass concentration were evaluated after 30 d and 60 d exposure. The results showed that after 30 days of lead exposure,compared with the control group,the levels of T-AOC in groups Ⅱ and Ⅵ were significantly increased(P〈0.05),and that in group Ⅲ was slightly decreased(P〉0.05);the lev- els of SOD in groupsⅡ,Ⅲ and IVwere significantly increased(P〈0.05);the levels of 6SH in groupslIand Ⅲ were significantly decreased(P〈0.05),and it was significantly increased in group[V(P〈0.05).The levels of CAT,LZM and IgMin groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and IVwere significantly decreased(P〈0. 05). After 60 days of lead exposure,compared with the control group,the levels of T-AOC and GSH in groupsⅡ,Ⅲ and IVwere significantly increased(P〈0.05),the levels of SOD in groupsllandlVwere significantly increased, the levels of SOD in group Ⅲ were increased,but the difference was not significant(P〉0.05);the levels of CAT were significantly decreased in groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and IV(P〈0.05);the levels of LZM and IgM in groups Ⅱ and were significantly increased(P〈0.05),the levels of LZM in group Ⅲ were significantly de- creased(P〈0.05),and the level of IgM was not significantly increased(P〉0.05).It can be seen that lead exposure can induce oxidative stress in crucial carp and affect the immune system,and there are differences in antioxidant and immune indexes in different mass concentration groups. Colossians reduce body damage by lead exposure via regulating their anti-oxidation and immune defense system.
