摘要 复式航道智能管控一体化的管理模式开发、拓展、融合船舶动态风险管理系统、船舶航行计划智能编排推演系统、VTS监控系统、VTS信息智能分发系统、船舶交通组织模式应用、VTS信息管理子系统等功能,整合了VTS管理服务、VTS用户需求及船岸数据交互流程,实现了交通组织、航行计划编排、风险管控和信息交互的功能结合和数据共享,成果显著提升了VTS监管效能,产生明显的安全效益、经济效益和社会效益,应用前景广阔。 The managerial mode of the intelligent control integration for compound channels develops, extends and incorporates the functions of ship dynamic risk management system, the system for the intelligent arrangement and deduction of ship navigatiou plan, VTS monitor system, intelligent VTS information distribution system, ship traffic organization mode application, and VTS information management sub-system. It integrates VTS management and service, VTS user demands and ship-shore data exchange. It also realizes the functional combination and data share in traffic organization, navigation plan arrangement, risk control, and information exchange. The results significantly enhance VTS control efficiency and show positive perspective in application with obvious safety benefit, economic benefit and social benefit.
