摘要
水导油槽在水轮发电机组中起着给运行机组水导轴承润滑降温等重要作用,一旦水导油槽甩油,油位低于机组运行的正常油位时,将造成机组非正常停机;同时甩出的油进入下游河道将引起环境污染和经济损失。经分析瀑布沟GE机组水导油槽内档油桶原有密封存在的缺陷及甩油严重等现象的原因,并针对这些问题,提出了更换新型结构密封和密封材料的改造方案,改造后运行效果良好。
In hydro-turbine generator units, the turbine guide bearing oil groove plays an important role in the lubrication and cooling of the water guide bearing of the operating units. Oil throwing from the oil groove could cause the oil level lower than the normal level required for the unit operation, which could eventually lead to abnormal shutdown of the unit. Also, the leaking oil into the downstream river will cause environmental pollution and economic loss. The seri- ous oil throwing problem observed in the turbine guide bearing oil groove in the GE unit in Pubugou Hydropower Station is analyzed. Defects existing in the original seal of the intemal oil barrel are investigated. Then, renovation schemes of the seal structure and materials are proposed. Practice shows that the renovation is effective.
