摘要
为缩短战斗准备时间,降低机载弹射装置的维护成本,设计了自动增压充气的机载冷气弹射装置,通过对弹射过程数学建模,分析了高压空气从高压气瓶到低压室、解锁机构,再到作动筒活塞腔室,直到航空弹药完全离开弹射装置的整个过程。设计了冷气弹射内弹道特性计算算法,运用MATLAB软件进行计算仿真,仿真结果表明该装置可以满足国军标规定的航空弹药弹射要求,数据也可用于和后续实验数据对比。
In order to shorten the time to prepare for battle, and maintenance costs of airborne ejection device is reduced,a airborne cold ejection device is designed that can automatically inflatable and booster. Through mathematical modeling of ejection process, the whole process of high pressure air from the high pressure gas cylinder to low pressure chamber,unlock institutions,and the piston cylinder are analyzed,until aviation ammunition leave the ejection device completely. Calculation method of Pneumatic ejection interior ballistic characteristics is designed,and MATLAB calculation and simulation are used,the result of simulation shows that the device can meet the military standard ejection requirements of aviation ammunition and the data can be used to compare with the experimental data.
