摘要
由于某步枪轻量化后对关键件寿命有影响,在保证威力不变的情况下,对击锤关键件寿命进行了分析。根据高速摄影得出的击锤运动特性,结合ADAMS软件,对击锤整个运动过程进行了动力学分析,在有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中,将动力学分析得出的载荷添加到击锤体上,得出击锤的受力情况及击锤的疲劳寿命。分析结果表明寿命影响小于15%,且均符合设计要求。
Due to the light weight of a rifle on the life of the key parts of the impact, in the case of the same power to ensure that the power of the key parts of the life of the hammer is analyzed.
