恶劣环境下新型压力测量装置的设计与研究 被引量:3

摘要 炮弹出膛时,装药药柱会承受较高的轴向发射过载,使得药柱发生剧烈形变,对药壳内壁结构内部产生挤压,目前的测试手段均无法获取恶劣环境下该结构体不同位置的压力参数。针对上述问题,研究了一种新型的压力测量装置,在药壳外壁不同位置安装全桥式应变片,通过测量各个位置的挤压形变,实现压力信号的测量。对实际测量装置进行了静态和动态的压力校准测试,结果表明:该测量装置抗过载能力强,测试稳定性高,线性度好,测量精度优于1%。 When the shell is ejected of a chamber,charge column is made dramatic deformation and the inner shell wall structure will be squeezed because of it stand higher axial overload. At present, there are no methods to measure the pressure parameters at different position of the structure in the harsh environment. In order to resolve above problems, a new type of pressure measurement device is studied in this paper. Full bridge strain gauges is mounted in the outer wall of the shell with different positions and pressure signals are obtained by measuring the extrusion deformation of different positions. The actual measuring equipment of static and dynamic pressure calibration tests are carried out. The result shows that the measuring device has strong anti-overload ability,high stability,good linearity, and the measurement accuracy is better than 1%.
