综述了发芽小麦品质改良的方法及其利用途径,并对发芽小麦的加工和开发前景进行了展望,旨在为发芽小麦的进一步应用提供理论依据。
The methods of quality improvement and utilization methods of germinated wheat were summarized, and the prospect of processing and development of germinated wheat was prospected, so as to provide the theoretical basis for further application of germinated wheat.
