探讨了粮食储藏过程中关键控制点,以及粮食在存储过程中碰到的问题,介绍了现阶段国内外对于仓储环境调控方面的技术手段,以及粮食仓储的发展方向。
The critical control points and problems during grain storage were discussed. The technical means for controlling the storage environment at home and abroad, and the development direction of grain storage were introduced.
