Consumers＇ demand on green diet is getting higher and higher based on their profound know- ledge about food health. On the basis of understanding green diet catering enterprises and the import of green catering operation, we are to construct the principal modeling of appraisal index for green diet catering enterprises and its index system, corresponding weightiness and description of the index. Only if we stick to green purchase and emphasize the series of measures as green processing, low carbon energy control and strengthening executive force etc., can the orderly and healthy development of green diet cater- ing enterprises be promoted.
