摘要
甲酸及甲酸盐作为青贮添加剂已经在生产中普遍使用。添加甲酸及甲酸盐可以迅速降低青贮原料的p H,减少青贮营养物质的损失,改善青贮发酵品质,提高动物的采食量和青贮饲料的消化率等。本文综述了甲酸的添加原理、添加量、对青贮饲料品质的改善作用,甲酸与丙酸在青贮中混合添加的效果及甲酸盐在青贮饲料中的应用。
Formic acid and formate have been generally used as silage additives in the field.Adding formic acid and formate can rapidly reduce the p H of silage materials, reduce the loss of nutrients in silage, improve the quality of silage fermentation, improve the feed intake and digestibility of silage. In this paper, the principle of adding formic acid, the amount of addition, the improvement of the quality of silage, the effect of mixed addition of formic acid and propionic acid in silage and the application of formate in silage were reviewed.
