摘要
文章充分利用竹浆纤维和棉纤维舒适、环保的特点,设计并织造组织结构为平纹、2/2右斜纹、3/1右斜纹、透孔的4种竹棉面料,并对其服用性能进行测试分析。研究结果表明:织物组织结构对竹棉面料服用性能的影响较大,综合织物透气透湿、压缩以及力学性能可知,3/1右斜纹可作为竹棉衬衫面料的最优组织结构。
In thispaper, four kinds of bamboo viscose/cotton fabric respectively in plain weaye, 2/2 right- hand twill; 3/1 right-hand twill and open-work structure were designed and wo,ven by making use of the good comfort property and eco-friendliness of bamboo Viscose fiber and cotton fiber, and their wearing properties were tested and analyzed. The study results show that fabric structure has greater influence on the wearing properties of these fabrics. And by further taking the thickness, moisture permeability and mechanical propellies of the fabrics into consideration, it draws the conctusion,that the 3/t right-hand twill is the best strncture for casual shirt fabric.
