摘要
[目的]制备甲维盐高效氯氰菊酯水分散细粒剂,并优化其制备工艺。[方法]以泊洛沙姆188为黏合剂,采用熔融法制备了甲维盐高效氯氰菊酯水分散细粒剂,并以悬浮率为评价指标,通过正交试验设计对制备工艺进行优化。[结果]熔融法制备甲维盐高效氯氰菊酯水分散细粒剂的最佳制备工艺为甲维盐与高效氯氰菊酯比例为1∶9,泊洛沙姆188的用量为20%,十二烷基硫酸钠的用量为1%,泊洛沙姆的活化温度为80℃。[结论]甲维盐高效氯氰菊酯细粒剂的制备工艺可行,制剂悬浮率为98.74%,符合农药制剂的质量标准。
[Aims] Emamectin benzoate cypermethrin water dispersible granules was prepared, and the process was optimized. [Methods] Emamectin benzoate cypermethrin water dispersible granules was prepared with poloxarner 188 as adhesive by melt method. The preparation process was optimized by orthogonal experiment design with suspension rate as evaluation index. [Results] The optimum process for preparation of emamectin benzoate cypermethrin water dispersible granules was: the mass ratio of emamectin benzoate to cypermethrin was 1:9, the dosages of poloxamer 188 and sodium dodecyl sulfate were 20 and 1%, respectively, the activation temperature was 80 %. [Conclusions] The process for the preparation of emamectin benzoate cypermethrin water dispersion fine granules was 98.74%, which meets the quality standards of pesticide formulations.
