摘要
[目的]研究妊娠动物接触莠去津原药后引起子代致畸的可能性。[方法]应用大鼠进行致畸毒性试验,设10、40、160 mg/kg 3个剂量组、1个溶媒对照组和1个阳性对照组,给药周期为大鼠妊娠后第6~15天。[结果]以40、160 mg/kg对大鼠经口灌胃,可引起大鼠母体毒性,亦可使胎鼠的生长发育迟缓,但未发现致畸毒性。[结论]莠去津原药可引起母体毒性,无致畸毒性。
[Aims] The potentially teratogenic effects of atrazine TC on pregnant animals were determined. [Me-ods] Three doses(10, 40, 160 mg/kg), positive control(retinoic acid) and concurrent control(corn oil) were used in the tests on rats. The study was conducted for 10 days from 6^th to 15^th day after rats were pregnant. [Rasults] The rats with oral administration of 40, 160 mg/kg could induce maternal toxicity and slow growth and development of fetal rats, however, no teratogenic toxicity was found. [Gonclusions] Atrazine could induce maternal toxicity, but no teratogenic effect.
