成年鸡小脑浦肯野细胞向海马结构及副高纹状体直接投射的透射电镜观察

摘要 目的:在成年鸡观察小脑浦肯野细胞向端脑海马结构和副高纹状体的直接投射。方法:选择4月龄以上的成年鸡,开颅,直流电损毁小脑Ⅵ叶皮质,动物存活7d,透射电镜观察端脑海马结构的海马(Hp)、旁海马内侧区(APHm)和副高纹状体(HA)前后部分及端脑谷部位(Va)的超微结构变化。结果:在Hp、APHm内均可观察到大量的溃变终末和少量的溃变纤维,在HA的前后部位可观察到少量溃变终末,在Va未能观察到溃变终末。结论:成年鸡小脑有向海马结构、副高纹状体的直接投射,且其直接投射的主要部位为海马结构。 Objective: To observe the direct projection of the Purkinje cells of the cerebellum to the hippocampal formation and the hyperstriatum accessorium in adult chicken. Methods: Four-month old chicken were collected for the experiments. Under anesthesia, their skulls were opened surgically and the cerebellar cortex of the folium VI was destroyed by direct electron current. After survival for 7 d, the chicken were sacrificed by heart perfusion. The hippocampus (Hp), the medial part of the parahippocampal area (APHm), the anterior and caudal part of the hyperstriatum accessorium (rHA and cHA), the vallecular telencephali (Va) were observed under electronic microscope. Results: Massive degenerating boutons and a few small degenerating fibers were observed in the Hp and APHrm A few degenerating boutons were observed in the rHA and cHA and no degenerating terminals were observed in the Va. Conclusion: The cerebellar cortex has direct projections to the Hp, APHm and HA in adult chicken, and the major parts of the direct projection are the hippocampus (Hp) and APHm.
