摘要
目的:研究二氢杨梅素(DMY)对铝离子诱导的神经退行性疾病(ND)果蝇的作用。方法:通过行为学检测喂食不同DMY浓度果蝇的寿命及爬行结果,分析DMY对铝暴果蝇神经退行性变的作用。结果:喂食含有DMY的果蝇寿命与爬行情况和正常对照组及加铝组均有显著差异。寿命实验中正常对照组、ND组、ND+DMY(1 mmol/L)组、ND+DMY(5mmol/L)组、ND+DMY(10mmol/L)组、ND+DMY(15mmol/L)组,平均寿命分别为21.3d、4.2d、7.6d、8.9d、5.4d、3.6d,其中正常对照组与其他各组比较,差异均有统计学意义,ND组与ND+DMY(5mmol/L)加药组比较,差异有统计学意义,爬行实验也同样反映了DMY组与模型组的差异。结论:DMY对铝暴果蝇神经退行性变具有一定的保护作用,提示DMY可能对神经退行性疾病的预防和治疗具有一定的意义。
Objective: To explore the effects of dihydromyricetin on drosophila with neurodegeneration induced by aluminumion. Methods: To analyze the effect of dihydromyricetin on neurodegeneration drosophila with Al-induced by different concentration groups and the control group were compared by survival assay and climbing assay. Results: The life span and climbing conditions of flies fed with dihydromyricetin were significantly different from normal control group and A1 group. The average lifespans of flies in the normal group, Al-induced group, Al-induced group with different concentrations of dihydromyricetin including 1 mmol/L, 5 mmol/L, 10 mmol/L, 15 mmol/L were 21. 3 days, 4.2 days, 7.6 days, 8. 9 days, 5.4 days, and 3.6 days, respectively. The normal group and Other groups had statisticallysignificant difference. Al-induced group had statistically significant difference from Al-induced group with 5 mmol/L dihydromyrieetin, and had no statistically significant difference from other groups. Conclusion: Dihydromyricetin has a certain protective effect on Al-induced fruit flies with neurodegeneration and the result has important significance on the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
