摘要
目的:通过对湘西地区脑梗死患者和健康成人的手指长及指长比进行对比研究,对指长比与脑梗死之间的关系进行初步探讨,以期为国内脑梗死的早期筛选提供间接的依据。方法:抽取就诊于怀化市第一人民医院的湘西汉族男性300例(健康对照组150例,脑梗死患者150例)、女性300例(健康对照组150例,脑梗死患者150例)。采用人体测量学方法测量了2~5指长度,并计算出指长比,探讨指长比与脑梗死之间的关系。结果:脑梗死患者与正常对照组指长比的比较显示,指长比均值表现为男性脑梗死患者2D∶3D、2D∶4D和2D∶5D均大于健康对照组,其中左手2D∶3D、2D∶4D和右手2D∶3D、2D∶4D、2D∶5D差异有统计学意义。女性脑梗死患者2D∶3D、2D∶4D和2D∶5D也同样均大于健康对照组,其中左手2D∶3D、2D∶4D和右手2D∶4D、2D∶3D差异有统计学意义。结论:湘西汉族脑梗死患者与健康对照组指长比有差异,尤其是2D∶4D可能是脑梗死早期筛选的一个重要参数。
Objective: To compare the digit length and digit ratio of cerebral infarction patients and normal adults from Han nationality in Xiangxi so as to explore the relationship between digit ratio and cerebral infarction, and to provide an indirect basis for early screening of domestic infarction. Methods: 300 cases of Han males (150 cases of normal control group, 150 cases with cerebral hemorrhage) and 300 cases of Han females (150 cases of normal control group, 150 patients with cerebral hemorrhage) were randomly selected from First People's Hospital of Huaihua. Aathropometry methods were adopted to measure the length of the second to the fifth digits of their left and right hands (palmar aspect) and to calculate the ratio of length of different digits. The data were used to probe into the relationship between the digit ratio and cerebral infarction. Results .. The mean values of 2D :3D, 2D :4D and 2D : 5D of male patients with cerebral infarction were all higher than those of healthy control group. 2D :3D and 2D: 4D of the left hand and 2D : 3D and 2D : 4D of the right hand had highly significant difference. 2D : 5D of the right hand had significant difference. 2D : 3D, 2D : 4D and 2D : 5D of f6male cerebral infarction patients were also higher than those of healthy control group, among which 2D : 3D and 2D : 4D of the left hand had highly significant difference, and 2D : 4D and 2D : 3D of the right hand had significant difference. Conclusion: There are significant differences of the digit ratios between Xiangxi Han patients with cerebral infarction and healthy controls. 2D : 4D may be one of the important markers for early diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
