摘要
目的运用毛细管气相色谱法建立金喉健喷雾剂的指纹图谱,建立能从整体上控制金喉健喷雾剂质量的方法。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法,以PEG-20M(50 m×0.25 mm×0.20μm)为色谱柱,程序升温:初始60℃,维持3 min,以4℃·min-1升至80℃,维持3 min,以3℃·min-1升至150℃,维持15 min,流速为1 m L·min-1;进样口温度为220℃;检测器温度240℃,分流比为10∶1,进样量1μL。结果通过方法学考察建立了金喉健喷雾剂的指纹图谱检测方法,并对10批金喉健喷雾剂进行指纹图谱检测分析共检出共有峰12个,10批样品的相似度均>0.95。结论该方法具有可操作性,能有效地控制金喉健喷雾剂质量。
Objective To establish the fingerprint of Jinhoujian spray by capillary GC. Methods The fingerprints of Jinhoujian spray were established by capillary GC. The analysis was performed on an PEG- 20M (50 m × 0.25 mm × 0.20 μm). The column was maintained at 60 ℃ for 3 min then elevated to 80 ℃ at 4 ℃ min - 1 and kept for 3 min, then elevated to 150℃ at 3 ℃ min - 1 and for anotherl5 min. The injection temperature was 220 ℃ , FID temperature was 250 ℃ , spliting ratio was (10: 1), flow rate was 1 mL min - l, and inlet volumn was 1 μL. Results The GC fingerprints were restablished and 12 peaks were found and identified in 10 bathes of Jinhoujian spray samples and the correlation was over 0.95. Conclusion Capillary GC is reliable and can be used for the quality control of Jinhoujian spray.
