地尔硫在人体的生物利用度 被引量:2

BIOAVAILABILITY OF DILTIAZEM IN HUMAN XIAO Da-Wei,HOU Yan-Ning,XIE Xiao-Chan,YAN Pei-Jun,

摘要 用 HPLC 法测定了地尔硫片剂在健康志愿者体内的血药浓度,其从血清的绝对回收率约为72%。其最低检测限为5ng/ml。比较了国产和日本生产的两种片剂(30mg/片)在人体的相对生物利用度,结果的统计学处理表明,两者主要参数无显著差异。 The serum concentration of diltiazem in human was determinedby HPLC.The absolute recovery from serum was about 72%.The detection limitof the method was 5ng/ml.The bioavailability of China-made diltiazem tabletswas compared with the imported ones to give results of no significant difference.
