"刚柔辨证"是由北京中医药大学赵志付教授所创立的对于情志病的辨证用药体系,其将情志病系统分为"两纲四型十六证",文章主要基于开阖枢理论讨论赵志付教授治疗情志病"刚实证"的用药凡例。

＂Rigid - Gentle Syndrome Differentiation＂ is a system of syndrome differentiation, diagnosis and treatment in treatment of emotional disease （physical -mental illness） and sub -health state founded by Professor Zhao Zhifu of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine . He systematically divide emotional disease into ＂two outlines, four types, sixteen Syndrome＂, andguiding the prescription of emotional disease based on it.
