摘要 目的:对广西产拳卷地钱中总六六六(α-BHC、β-BHC、γ-BHC、δ-BHC)、总滴滴涕(pp'-DDE、pp'-DDD、op'-DDT、pp'-DDT)和五氯硝基苯9种有机氯农残进行测定,为控制拳卷地钱安全限量提供实验数据,为开发利用拳卷地钱药材资源提供安全性保障。方法:利用气相色谱法对以上9种有机氯农残进行测定。结果:拳卷地钱中总六六六(δ-BHC、γ-BHC、β-BHC、α-BHC之和)未检出;总滴滴涕(op'-DDT、pp'-DDE、pp'-DD、Tpp'-DDD之和)未检出;五氯硝基苯未检出。参考《中国药典》收载的人参、西洋参药材及其饮片品种项下"农药残留量"部分检查限度,可见9种有机氯农残检出结果均合格。结论:由于农药品种繁多,性质各异,近几年其检测技术主要是色谱法,其中以气相色谱应用最为广泛,该法检测灵敏度高、简便快捷、分离效果好,可作为拳卷地钱农残安全限量监测及质量控制的有效手段。 Objective Determination of 9 organochlorine pesticide residues of total 666 ( α - BHC, β - BHC, γ - BHC, δ - BHC), total DDT (pp' - DDE, pp' - DDD, op' - DDT, and pp' - DDT), pentachloronitrobenzene in Marchantia convoluta. To pro- vide experimental data for the control of safety limits of Marchantia convoluta, for the development and utilization of medicinal of Marchantia convoluta resources to provide security protection. Methods The above nine kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues were determined by gas chromatography. Results The total 666 ( δ - BHC, γ- BHC, β - BHC, α - BHC ) were undetected, the total DDT ( op' - D DT, pp' - DDE, pp' - DD, Tpp' - DDD) were undetected, pentachloronitrobenzene was not detected. The "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" contained ginseng, American ginseng herbs and their Pieces under the "pesticide residues" check limit ", 9 kinds of organochlorine pesticide residue detection results are qualified. Conclusion Due to the wide variety of pesticides, different nature, in recent years, its detection technology is mainly chromatography, the most widely used gas chromatography, the method of detection of high sensitivity, simple and quick, good separation effect, it can be used as an effective means for the monitoring and quality control of pesticide residues.
