术后放化疗后复发并侵及侧颅底的原发性腮腺鳞状细胞癌一例

Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the parotid gland with recurrence and invasion of lateral skull base after radiotherapy and chemotherapy: one case report

1病例资料患者男性,29岁,2014年发现右耳后区无痛性包块,约“蚕豆”大小,伴头痛、睡眠不佳,无闭眼困难、口角歪斜等。病初未经诊治,随后患者发现包块进行性增大至5.0 cm×4.0 cm伴疼痛,于当地医院就诊并行活检示：皮肤附件或涎腺来源的上皮性肿瘤,倾向考虑为皮脂腺癌或鳞状细胞癌。2015年10月患者肿瘤复发,遂到当地医院行颈部CT示：腮腺与周围肌肉、脂肪组织分界不清。
