右侧鼻腔小细胞神经内分泌癌一例并文献复习 被引量：5

Small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma in the right nasal cavity: a report of one case and a literature review

摘要 小细胞神经内分泌癌（small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma,SCNEC）在临床上较少见,而原发于鼻部的更为罕见。2016年12月至2017年4月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院收治鼻腔小细胞神经内分泌癌1例,现报告如下。1临床病例患者男,64岁,右侧颈部肿块伴涕血1月余,无头痛、耳鸣、视力明显下降、咳嗽咳痰等不适,饮食睡眠可,二便正常。
