摘要 对不同结构管壳式换热器的传热特点进行了总结,指出了设计选型过程中的几个重要影响因素,结合设计案例对使用工况下选型不合理的情况进行了分析,提出将管壳式换热器热工性能和机械性能共同作为换热器质量保证内容,将促进换热器热工性能和经济性的提高。 The heat transfer characteristics of shell and tube heat exchanger with different structures are summarized. Several important factors in the process of design and selection are pointed out. Combined with the design case, the unreasonable condition of selection under operating conditions is analyzed. It is proposed that the thermal and mechanical properties of shell and tube heat exchangers be used as the quality assurance content of heat exchanger. It will improve the thermal performance and economic per- formance of heat exchanger
