摘要 介绍了不同因素对树脂超薄切割砂轮性能的影响。通过正交实验法能够以较少的试验次数优选出最佳配方,并找出各种因素对超薄树脂切割砂轮性能的影响次序。研究表明:填料是影响树脂超薄切割砂轮的锋利度和磨削效率的最主要因素,其次是磨料,再者是结合剂。优选的配方为:酚醛树脂17%、磨料69%(棕刚玉与白刚玉质量比为3∶1)、石膏6%、冰晶石8%。此配方制备的树脂超薄切割砂轮可使锋利度和磨削效率分别提高76.34%和10.07%,并具有良好的应用前景。 The effect of different factors on the performance of ultra - thin cutting grinding wheel of resin is introduced. The best formula can be chosen by the orthogonal experimental method with less test times, and the influence sequence of various factors on the properties of resin ultra - thin cutting wheel is found out. The research shows that the most important factor which affects the sharpness and grinding efficiency of resin ultra - thin cutting grinding wheel is the filler, secondly the abrasive, then the bonder. The optimal formula is that the content of phenolic resin is 17% ,the content of abrasive is 69% (brown corundum di- vided white corundum is 3 : 1 ), the content of gypsum is 6%, and the content of cryolite is 8%. Using this formula, the sharpness and grinding efficiency of the resin ultra - thin cutting grinding wheel is respectively increased by 76.34% and 10.07%, and this kind resin ultra -thin cutting grinding wheel has a good application prospect.
