摘要 某热电厂采用背压式汽轮机发电机组,为对蒸汽参数要求严格的化工企业供汽。在发电机组甩负荷(发电机组意外停机)条件下,对应急供汽管道(关键设备为减温减压器)保证供汽的连续性和稳定性进行试验分析。通过减压器调节阀气动化改造、汽轮机DEH系统(数字电液控制系统)组态逻辑优化(将调节汽阀的关闭时间由2 s缩短到1 s),成功进行深度甩负荷试验(汽轮机进汽量接近额定进汽量的甩负荷试验)。深度甩负荷试验中,汽轮机转速能及时恢复,应急供汽管道介入迅速,热网供汽参数波动小。 A back-pressure steam turbine gener- ator set is used in a thermal power plant to provide steam for chemical enterprises with strict requirements for steam parameters. The continuity and stability of guaranteeing steam supply by the emergency steam supply pipeline using a temperature reducer and a pressure reducer as the key devices under the condition of the load rejection of the generator set ( unexpected shutdown) are experimented and analyzed. The depth load rejection test (the steam turbine inlet volume close to the rated inlet v0Iume) is successfully carried out by the pneumatic transformation of the regulating valve of the pressure reducer and the configuration log- ic optimization ( shortening the closing time of the regu- lating steam valve from 2 s to 1 s) of the steam turbine DEH system (digital electro-hydraulic control sys- tem). In the depth load rejection test,the speed of the steam turbine can be restored in time, the emergency steam supply pipehne is involved rapidly, and the steam supply parameters of the heat-supply network slightly fluctuate.
