稠油开采中湿蒸汽质量流量及干度测量 被引量:3

摘要 蒸汽辅助重力泄油是一项稠油藏开采技术,对井口湿蒸汽干度要求严格。为满足测量要求,提出采用涡街流量计、V锥流量计、差压变送器、温度传感器的联合测量装置,对湿蒸汽的质量流量、干度进行测量。在验证联合测量装置测量湿蒸汽质量流量准确度时,将一段时间内锅炉累计进水质量(视为锅炉供汽质量)作为对照组,与由联合测量装置测量的湿蒸汽累计质量进行比较。在验证联合测量装置测量湿蒸汽干度准确度时,将采用莫尔滴定法测量的湿蒸汽干度作为对照组,与由联合测量装置测量的湿蒸汽干度进行比较。联合测量装置对湿蒸汽质量流量、干度的测量相对误差均符合工程要求的-5%~5%。 Steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) is a technology for producing heavy oil, and it is strict for the wet steam dryness in the wellhead. To meet the requirements of measurement, a joint measur- ing device of vortex flo^meter,V cone flowmeter, differ- ential pressure transmitter and temperature sensor is put forward to measure the wet steam mass flow and dryness. When the accuracy of the joint measuring de- vice for measuring the wet steam mass flow is verified, the cumulative inlet water quality (boiler steam supply quality) of a boiler is taken as a control group for a pe- riod of time, and compared with the cumulative mass of wet steam measured by the joint measuring device. When the accuracy of the joint measuring device for measuring wet steam dryness is verified, the wet steam dryness measured by Mohr titration as a control group, and compared with the wet steam dryness measured by the joint measuring device. The relative error of the measurement of the mass flow and the dryness of the wet steam by the joint measuring device is in the range of -5 % to 5 % of the engineering requirements.
