摘要
GB 16410—2016《家用燃气灶具》(新国标)的颁布给燃气灶具热效率的测试结果带来较大差异。针对GB 16410—2007《家用燃气灶具》(旧国标)和新国标中燃气灶具热效率测试方式,以大气式灶具和红外线灶具为研究对象,分别进行热效率试验研究和数值模拟研究。结果显示,新国标、旧国标的热效率测试方式和计算公式的差异使得新国标下的灶具热效率明显提升,锅体颜色是影响热效率差异的主要因素,主要体现在锅体的发射率上,白色锅体的发射率基本低于0.2,黑色锅体的发射率在大部分波段高于0.8,黑锅的辐射吸热量大约是白锅的5倍。
The promulgation of the Domestic Gas Cooking Appliances ( GB 16410 -2016) ( new national standard) makes a big difference to the testing result of thermal efficiency of cooking appliances. Aiming at the testing methods of thermal efficiency of cooking appli- ances in the Domestic Gas Cooking Appliances (GB 16410- 2007) (old national standard) and the new national standard, the experimental research and nu- merical simulation research on the thermal efficiency are respectively performed by taking atmospheric cook- ing appliances and the infrared cooking appliances as research objects. The results show that the differences between the thermal efficiency testing methods and the calculation formulas of the new and old national stand- ards make the thermal efficiency of cooking appliances under the new national standard obviously improved. The color of the pot body is the main factor that affects the difference of the thermal efficiency, which is mainly reflected in the emissivity of the pot body. The emis- sivity of the white pot body is basically lower than 0.2, the emissivity of the black pot body is higher than 0.8 in most of the wave bands, and the radiation heat ab- sorption of the black pot is about 5 times the white pot.
