Discussion on Protection Range and Control Range of City Gas Facilities

划定城镇燃气设施保护范围是《城镇燃气管理条例》的要求,也是保护燃气设施安全运行的重要措施,目前还有一些城市尚未明确保护范围。介绍城镇燃气设施保护范围和控制范围的定义。调研整理一些城市的燃气设施保护范围和控制范围,结合法律法规、标准规范和研究成果,探讨城镇燃气设施保护范围和控制范围的划定依据,提出保障城镇燃气设施安全的建议。

The Regulations on Administration of City Gas requires that the protection range of city gas facilities should be delimitated ,which is also an impor- tant measure to protect safe operation of city gas facili- ties. But the protection range has not yet been defined in several cities. The definition of protection range and control range of city gas facilities is introduced. The protection range and control range of city gas facilities announced by different cities are investigated and colla- ted. Combined with relevant provisions of existing laws and regulations, standards and codes as well as some research results, the delimitation basis for protection range and control range of city gas facilities is dis- cussed and several suggestions for guaranteeing safety of city gas facilities are put forward.
