摘要
随着复杂燃气配气管道的增多,传统的计算流量折算方法相对误差较大,有必要更精确地确定燃气管段的计算流量并对其进行图谱化研究以方便应用。探讨中、低压燃气管道流量折算系数的理论值并将其图谱化;在此基础上研究了燃气负荷沿管道非均匀分布时(途泄点间距不等而途泄流量相等、途泄点间距相等而途泄流量不等、途泄点间距和途泄流量均不等)对流量折算系数的影响及图谱。根据研究,途泄流量集中于管道前部,则流量折算系数的选取同途泄点间距先小后大或途泄流量先大后小的图谱;途泄流量集中于管道后部,则流量折算系数的选取同途泄点间距先大后小或途泄流量先小后大的图谱。
Along with the increase of the corn- plicated gas distribution pipelines, the relative errors of traditional methods for calculating flow conversion fac- tors are relatively large. Therefore, it is necessary to more precisely determine the design flow of the compli- cated gas pipe sections and mapping it to facilitate the applications. The theoretical values of the flow conver- sion factors for medium and low pressure gas pipelines are discussed, and they are mapped. The influences of the uneven load variations along the pipelines on the flow conversion factors and the atlas are studied. The uneven load variations include the different distances between the discharge points but equal discharge flows ,the equal distances between the discharge points but the different discharge flows, and the different dis- tances between the discharge points and the different discharge flows. According to the research, when the discharge flow is more concentrated in the front of pipe- line ,the flow conversion factors can refer to the atlas for first short and then long distances between dis- charge points or for first large and then small discharge flows. When the discharge flow is more concentrated in rear of pipeline, the flow conversion factors can refer to the atlas for first long and then short distances between discharge points or for first small and then large dis- charge flows.
