摘要 为了充分提高配电网的效率,研究基于最大供电能力的配电网线路优化规划。首先,结合当前的负荷分布和负荷预测,采用重复潮流法计算最大供电能力;其次,通过分析限制配电网供电能力提升的主要因素,提出了优化规划手段,并以此建立了多目标优化规划模型,采用非支配排序遗传算法进行求解;最后,通过算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。该方法通过改善配电网中负荷的分布来提高配电网的供电能力,达到了以较小成本消纳新增负荷的目的。 In the environment of a low-carbon emission indexes are added into the evaluation economy and sustainable development, the carbon- of distribution network, and the evaluation system is linked with environmental protection, which is in accordance with the development idea for power grid enterprises. Considering carbon-emission indexes and the planning objective of promoting maximum power supply capability, a comprehensive evaluation system is established to evaluate the planning schemes based on four aspects, namely compatibility, quality of power supply, economy and low- carbon emission. Meanwhile, the improved analytic hierarchy process is applied to analyze the evaluation system. The data of an actual urban medium voltage distribution network are utilized to make a scheme for the distribution network and evaluate it as well. The result shows that the proposed method could make a good evaluation of the planning scheme of the urban medium voltage distribution network, while the improved weight handling process can reduce the influence of subjective deviation.
