摘要
在收集整理1970年—2016年发生在太原盆地的中小地震震源机制解基础上,分析太原盆地震源机制解的总体特征并利用TENSOR方法进行了区域构造应力张量的反演。结果显示:发生在太原盆地的中小地震震源机制解以正走滑(NS)或走滑型(SS)断裂为主;应力张量反演结果表明该区域的现今构造应力场主要受到NNW-SSE向拉张应力的控制,NE-SW向水平挤压应力作用相对较弱。研究结果为深入研究该地区的地震危险性提供依据。
On the analysis of focal mechanism solutions of the small-medium earthquakes occurring in the Taiyuan Basin from 1970 to 2016,this paper analyzes the overall characteristics of the focal mechanism solutions and invert the regional tectonic stress tensor with TENSOR method.The results show that the focal mechanism solutions of small-medium earthquakes in the Taiyuan Basin are dominated by normal strike-slip(NS)or strike-slip(SS)faults.The stress tensor inversion show that the present tectonic stress field in this area is mainly controlled by the tensile stress of north-northwest south-southeast(NNW-SSE),while the horizontal crushing stress of northeast-southwest(NE-SW)is relatively weak,which could provide the basis for further study on the earthquake risk in this area.
