摘要
在现代化的煤矿生产中,采掘运设备功率不断加大,并且起动频繁,造成了煤矿动力负荷的不均衡,给供电系统带来冲击,其危害是比较大的,因此,提出采用无功自动补偿装置进行动态无功补偿,改变原有通过固定式高压补偿电容器进行手工切换实现无功补偿的方式,使无功补偿能够实时自动进行,减少了谐波电流对电网的影响,达到节能、降耗、改善供电质量的目的,并对此进行详细的理论分析,推广运用到实际的供电工作中,效果显著。
Constant increasing power of mining,driving and transporting equipment and frequent starting equipment cause the imbalance of power load and bring impacts and harms on power supply system in modern coal mines.Therefore,the paper proposes using automatic reactive compensation equipment to realize dynamic reactive compensation,that is,real-time automatic compensation by changing the original approach which uses manual switch to realize the dynamic reactive compensation by fixed high voltage compensation capacitor.It could reduce the effects of harmonic current on power grids to save energy,reduce consumption,and improve power supply quality.The detailed theoretical analysis shows its obvious effect in the actual power supply.
