摘要 在运动医学领域,运动应激与自由基一直是研究热点。采用文献综述法,阐述了目前对于自由基的研究进展以及它与运动之间的内在机制,同时介绍了以动物模型和细胞模型为主的两种研究方法及研究成果,旨在为更深层次的探讨运动与自由基的内在机制提供一定参考,特别是为自由基理论在竞技体育和群众体育方面的应用提供帮助。 In the field of sports medicine, exercise-induced stress response and free radicals have always been the focus of research. By using literature review, the current research progress on free radicals and the internal mechanism between them and movement were described. At the same time, two research methods and results based on animal model and cell model was introduced to provide reference for the deeper exploration of the internal mechanism of the movement and the free radicals, especially for the application of free radical theory in competitive sports and mass sports.
