摘要
通过文献资料法,归纳和整理运动疲劳对人体姿势控制功能影响的研究进展。结果显示,全身运动和局部运动疲劳影响人体姿势控制能力的生理学机制是不同的。全身运动比局部运动造成更多的生理指标变化,并更显著的影响与姿势控制有关的感受器和效应器。局部运动对姿势控制的影响根据运动参数、测试形式、被试特征及完成测试时的生理状况的不同而不同。伸肌和下肢肌肉的疲劳比屈肌和上肢肌肉的疲劳对姿势控制的影响更大。
The research progress on the influence of exercise fatigue on human postural control function was summarized and analyzed by the literature method. The result indicated that physiological mechanisms of the effects of exercise fatigue on postural control were different. General exercises created more variations on physiological indexes than local exercise and significantly affected the sensory receptors and effectors associated with postural control. The effects of local fatigue on posture control varies according to the motion parameters, test forms, test features, and the physiological conditions of the test. The fatigue of the extensor and lower limb muscles was more affected than the fatigue of the flexor and upper limb muscles on the posture control.
