摘要
运用文献资料与逻辑分析等方法从"管、教、学"3个方面,对大学体育教学质量满意度进行梳理并建立满意度评估模型。采用特尔菲法与层次分析法确定了由5个一级指标、8个二级指标以及30个三级指标构成的大学体育教学质量满意度评估指标体系,以XX学院15级大学体育管理、教学人员及学生为评估对象,运用模糊综合评判法对指标体系进行验证,评估结果基本满意,表明该评估指标体系具有一定的可操作性和可信度。
This paper reviewed the quality satisfaction of college physical education and established a satisfaction evaluation model from three aspects, management, teaching and learning, by using literature and logic analysis. The paper tried to construct the public evaluation index system of college physical education teaching quality satisfaction which includes 5 first-level indicators, 8 secondary indicators and 30 tertiary indicators by using the Delphi and analytic hierarchy process methods. Depending on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in XX University, this paper verified the quality of teaching satisfaction evaluation index system by the level 15th grade students, which indicated the satisfaction evaluation index system had some operability and high credibility.
