摘要
目的探讨塑形健身跑运动对大学生身体成分的影响,为塑形健身跑运动的推广提供参考依据。方法以中北大学68名塑形健身跑选修课的学生为实验对象。经过为期8周的塑形健身跑选修课后,对其实验前、后身体成分的各项指标数据进行统计分析。结果经过8周的健身跑后,男生体脂百分比、内脏脂肪水平、内脏脂肪面积与实验前相比下降明显(P<0.05)。女生仅在无机盐占体重百分比指标上比实验前下降(P<0.05)。结论塑形健身跑对男生脂肪的影响比女生明显,且塑形健身跑可以有效改善男生内脏脂肪水平和内脏脂肪面积,提高身体机能水平,预防肥胖引发的相关疾病;塑形健身跑可以优化腰臀比,改善身体形态,但对无机盐、蛋白质、身体水分等指标影响效果甚微;健身跑和抗阻练习的组合可以有效降低体脂含量,但对增加肌肉围度还有待考量。
Objective To illustrate the influence of shape fitness running on body composition, and to provide guidance for people's scientific fitness. Methods The body composition indexes data of 68 students from the North Central University before and after the 8 weeks shape fitness running experiment were comparative analysed. Results After 8 weeks, the percentage of body fat percentage, visceral fat level and visceral fat area decreased significantly compared with those before experiment(P〈 0.05). Female students only decrease in the percentage of inorganic salt in body weight than before the experiment(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of shape fitness running on males' fat index was more obvious than that of females', and it can effectively decrease visceral fat level and visceral fat area, improve body function and prevent obesity related diseases.Moreover, this kind of running can optimize the waist-hip ratio and improve body shape. However, it has little effect on inorganic salt, protein, body moisture and so on. Furthermore, the combination of fitness running and resistance exercises can effectively reduce body fat percentage, but the increase in muscle circumference remains to be measured.
