湖北省女子摔跤运动员赛前生化指标变化特点及机能评定 被引量:1

摘要 对湖北省女子摔跤运动员赛前训练期的血红蛋白(HB)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血睾酮(T)及皮质醇(C)生化指标进行了测试和分析,同时对赛前运动员正常期与控重期的膳食能量摄入进行追踪记录,并在控重期对运动员的饮食结构和习惯进行为期两周的干预监督,旨在了解女子摔跤运动员赛前训练期机能变化规律和身体营养状况。研究结果显示:1)赛前的运动量增加对女子摔跤运动员机体刺激较显著,机体出现反应,运动员尿素氮会明显升高,血睾酮与皮质醇比值会显著下降。2)控重期运动员的总能量摄入显著低于正常期摄入,在三大能源物质摄入中,降控体重期糖的摄入显著高于正常期,与膳食干预监督密切相关。在三餐摄入比例上,两个时期运动员的摄入比例都不是十分合理,早餐始终低于推荐值,午餐、晚餐高于推荐值。 This paper tested and analyzed the hemoglobin(HB), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatine kinase(CK), blood testosterone(T), cortisol(C) and other biochemical indicators of female wrestlers during the precompetition training period, tracked the dietary energy intake during the normal period and the control period, and supervised the diet structure and habits of the athletes for two weeks during the control period,aiming to understand the functional changes and the nutritional status of female wrestlers during the pre-competition training period. The results showed that exercise increases to female wrestler body stimulation is significant. The total energy intake of the athlete under the control period was significantly lower than the normal intake period, and in the intake of the three energy substances, the intake of the weight reducing sugar was significantly higher than the normal period, which was closely related to the supervision of dietary intervention. On the scale of three meals, the proportion of the intake of athletes was not very reasonable during the two periods. Breakfast was always lower than recommended, and lunch and dinner were higher than recommended.
