摘要 冶金高温环境对称重计量的运行有多种不利因素和干扰,计量衡器安装时需要对现场的生产设备进行技术改造,将衡器"嵌入""对接"到生产设备才能实现称重计量。冶金高温环境用衡器需要进行"嵌入"式改造和"耐高温"改造,同时,需要抑制电磁干扰和智能化改造,需要进行专门专业设计。余姚市通用仪表有限公司(以下简称"余通仪表公司")针对高温环境称重的各种需求,设计发明了各种类型的称重装置,并取得多项发明专利。专利技术分别应用于轨道运输计量、辊道运输计量、皮带输送计量、高炉料仓计量与铁水钢水计量、大型计量设施的在线校准及汽车运输计量等。 Metallurgical high temperature environment to run a variety of adverse factors of the weighing metering and interference, measurement instruments installation to the scene of the production equipment technical renovation, the weighing instrument "docking" to "embed" production equipment to achieve the weighing measurement.
